Birchwood Tennis Complex is a well-established facility in Warrington, offering both indoor tennis and outdoor courts for players of all levels. From beginners picking up a racket for the first time to seasoned professionals, the centre is a hub for the local tennis community.

Stuart Canvas Group’s bespoke solutions have transformed Birchwood Tennis into a safer, quieter, and more visually appealing indoor tennis centre – supporting both players and spectators.
This case study aligns with broader enhancements at the Birchwood leisure centre, where £1.529m is earmarked for improvements including net coverings and hall upgrades.
The previous equipment had become worn, reducing both safety and presentation. The upgrades were designed to protect players, create a professional environment, and extend the life of the indoor courts.
Divider nets provide clear separation between courts, protect players from stray balls, and allow multiple games or coaching sessions to run safely at the same time.
The centre is part of the Birchwood Leisure & Tennis Complex in Warrington, Cheshire, offering year-round tennis and coaching programmes for players of all ages.
